3. Payments and Billing

3.2. Work begins only after the initial payment is confirmed.
3.3. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
3.4. Additional requests or major revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Project Timelines

4.2. Delayed responses, incomplete details, or late approvals may extend delivery timelines.
5. Revisions and Scope Adjustments

5.2. Any changes beyond the initial scope or additional revision rounds will be billed separately.

6.1. Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment is made.
6.2. GB Powerhouse may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client formally requests otherwise.

8. Acceptable Use

10.2. Clients may cancel services anytime; however, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

11.2. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
